Took both of my boys in for a consultation yesterday. Dr. Shung, Min and staff are amazing and super friendly. I have been working in doctors office/medical industry for the past 20 years it makes a big difference when the doctor and staff are personable and actually care about their patients and not rushing them out the door or too busy to answer questions. The office is super thorough and really good about answering all your questions and concerns.
My boys are super excited about the rewards card and already trying to collect points to win prizes!
I love that the office/ staff is very involved with the community and local schools in Irvine.
Looking forward to hopefully starting the braces process for my boys soon. -

From the attentive and cordial receptionist to the smiles from a caring orthodontist and his assistants, you cannot ask for a better Ortho visit experience! We are so happy we are bringing back her brother for care as well.
We have always known that Bella would at some point need some orthodontic treatment, there was always a small part of me that hoped it wouldn't be necessary but Bella herself had started asking when she would get a better smile!
As soon as I walked into the Simply Orthodontics office I knew that Bella would feel right at home! Today was our first consultation and as expected Bella felt comfortable to sit, chat and ask questions about how treatment will affect her. Her biggest concern being whether braces will affect her singing - both Min and Dr Shung reassured Bella that not only will it not affect it, it might actually make her singing better!
A consultation with a small toddler is never easy, but Min and the staff made me feel at ease, providing my over tired toddler with lots of lovely toys and never seemed to mind as he ran off around the place!
All in all we have come home feeling sad that Bella does need treatment, but that we were well advised, looked after and not rushed into any decisions. Bella is already planning what she can eat, what will be treats and hasn't yet stopped saying how much she loves that office!

Simply Orthodontics is great! Inside is very nice and clean. Everyone is friendly and on task. My teeth have never looked so clean, straightened, and soooooooo fantastic. I have no complaints at all. Simply Orthodontics is a 5-star Orthodontics. Thank you Simply Orthodontics!!!!!! :)
